UPG company has finished upgrade of the edge cutting machinery at the MDF pant.

The necessity of the upgrade was dictated mostly the attempt to satisfy the individual needs of all customers that is a main concept of the UPG vision. That upgrading process took less than 2 months.

The results of that upgrade of the edge cutting MDF machinery, that was started in December 2004, has justified the expectations.

In march of this year the customers had got their first consignments of MDF and HDF of the following sizes:

1650x1830mm
1650х1650mm,
1650х2250mm,
1650х2440mm, and also
1650х3660mm.

The sizes of the panels were worked out based on the wishes of the customers. Using the MDF of the new sizes assists the customer to optimize its production process and reduce its production wastes.
The capabilities of the upgraded equipment allow to cut the carpet with the 6400m length for the panels with the width of 1570 mm - 1650 mm and with the length of 1650 mm - 3660 mm.
Thus there is a possibility to produce the MDF panels of any size.
On the other hand, the price for such panels of the individual sizes is the same and does not change.
